What are my payment options?
You may use PayPal, personal checks, or money orders. Please allow 10-15 days for check and money order clearance. Merchandise
will NOT BE SHIPPED until all Paypal transactions, check payments and money orders have cleared the bank. Can I place orders outside of the US?
Because most banks outside of the US do not support address
verification, your orders cannot be processed electronically through this
website. Please contact me at karica08@gmail.com
or call 1-218-341-8906 between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM CST for product availability or additional shipping charges.
Is there sales tax?
We charge the required state tax for California. If you live
in California, the appropriate amount will be applied to your order when it is
totaled by our computer system.
What is the
processing and Shipping Time?
Most orders can be processed and shipped within 2 week days, once your payment of choice clears the bank. Please contact me by e-mail or telephone to verify if you request 2-3 day delivery, once your payment clears the bank. I do not cover shipping charges for 3 day delivery, so I would have to let you know before you place your order what the shipping charge would be. Your order would be mailed out via UPS within two days of when I place your order with Magic Kids & Co., and that would be weekdays only. UPS does not deliver on weekends.
Shipping Refund/Exchange Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with all your
purchases. If you find a product is defective, or you find the color, style or
size was not what you ordered, Magic Kids & Company will replace that product with the
correct product and send it back to you. If Magic Kids & Company was in error, they will cover the shipping costs on the returned item and will cover the shipping costs of the correct product.
If you just do not like the dress or suit and wish to return it, I will refund you the amount you paid minus the shipping cost of the item. I do pay for ground shipping, but I am not able to cover that cost if you choose to have a refund on it.
StylishClothes4Kids.com prides itself on offering quality merchandise. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me the day you receive your purchase to either exchange it or return it. I will need the UPS or USPS tracking numbers of your returned package so I can follow up with Magic Kids & Company's shipping department to verify their receipt of your returned package.
You must return the product within THREE days of receipt of delivery date. The returned merchandise must be in brand new condition with original packaging and attached tags. Returned merchandise must NOT be worn or
have smoke, perspiration, stains or perfume scents, etc. Please contact
